They met me very close to the building, and had offered to meet me at the nearby metro station. This hot springs area is absolutely lovely!

We had a great 1.5 months stay. They were very accommodating with our check-in and check-out. Sonia’s daughter Doris also communicated really well with me and coordinated the biweekly cleaning, which was very much appreciated. The place is a great getaway in Beitou and walkable to MRT and local markets. We had everything we needed to enjoy the area and the wonderful hot spring right out of the tap. The only thing to keep in mind is the trash service only comes at 7:40pm on certain days, which will be a bit inconvenient if you plan on being out exploring the city in the evenings. Also remember to turn off the exterior light switch next to the front door entrance at night or the next door neighbor might not be too happy about it. Won’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to Beitou.

I have stayed in a LOT of Airbnb's in the past year. Sonnia's is the BEST I've stayed in. Definitely worth the price.

Sonnia’s hot spring apartment is a gem: super clean, comfortable and peaceful, located in an ideal location next to Beitou Creek and Thermal Valley. There’s a gorgeous view of the mountains and steam rising off the hot springs from the balcony. It’s a short walk to Beitou Park and lots of interesting sites; a 10 minute walk to the MRT and night market. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. It had everything I needed to rest and sleep well, cook and heat up food, do laundry and experience the jade sulphur hot spring water en-suite. The building is historically connected to the temple next door and very quiet. Keep in mind there is no elevator, and there are 5 flights of stairs to the apartment. It was a welcome change from the hyperspeed of modern life. Elsa made my stay truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to take care of me, meeting me for an extra early check-in and providing breakfast, helping me navigate the bus system and bringing me water. Thank you!

房間空間大，開窗就能聽到北投溪流水聲，冰箱有很多小點心、飲料、吐司，還有泡麵、茶、咖啡等等一應俱全！

房間很乾淨舒服，完全沒有灰塵，很用心在整理整個房間，帶我們入住的Elsa也很親切，有任何問題都馬上跟我們聯繫，房間內設備很齊全，要什麼有什麼，也準備很多食物給我們，超棒的，期待下次再回來住！

We enjoyed very much of our long stay at Sonnia’s hot springs apartment. It was clean & elegant with all the amenities needed. The kitchen had stovetop plus utensils for occasional cooking. It was also within short walking distance to supermarket, convenient stores and traditional market. She also provided cleaning periodically. We loved the relaxing hot springs bath. She was very thoughtful and considerate, often went above and beyond to make us feel like home. The location is very close to MRT or city buses for us to reach anywhere in Taipei or hiking in Yangming mountain trails. We will definitely come back to stay here again next time when we visit Taipei.
